From the Poem - "Wee Little Hands"
Wee little hands that are squeezing my face,
Make my heart feel strangely warm,
And in the soft, chubby, child-like embrace,
There's no intention to harm.
We little hands reaching out for a hug,
Wanting relief from distress,
After a fall on the living room rug,
Close to your bosom they press.
We little hands feeling fragile and small,
Wearing a bruise or a scar,
Picked up while brushing a nail in the hall,
Show Just how needed we are.

Be encouraged, for the storms of life will pass,
It is well known that the dark night leads to day,
And life's raging seas with calm as clear as glass,
Will reflect the brilliant sun's sweet healing ray.
Rather Labor through your sorrows filled with praise,
For exceeding joy that nevermore will cease,
Is complete in Him who measures all our days.
Who alone gives life and joy and strength and peace.

It was when Mary knelt at Jesus' feet,
While quietly she listened to him tell,
The things that made her very being swell.

"I guess a good jumping off point would be to clearly define what constitutes matters that are important to life. There is a broad scope of things that are considered important in life according to the world view held by the individual concerned. There are, however, only two perspectives on every issue that concerns mankind, and I will base my analysis on those two views.
